Refund & Return Policy

Textbooks, packages, & access codes
Please visit Important Dates to view your school's term deadlines.  These item refunds are allowable within 14 days from the first day of each term.  Shrink-wrapped texts and packages are non-refundable for full value once the shrink wrap is broken or removed. Access codes cannot be returned once any seals have been broken, scratched off, or shrink-wrap removed. Any new books returned out of their original packaging or no longer in 'new' condition will be refunded at a used book value (subject to manager approval).
Merchandise and gifts
These items may be refunded within 10 days or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be in original/unopened packaging with the tags still attached.
Computer & Software
These items must be unopened and returned within 10 days of the original purchase date for a refund. All opened computers and software are non-returnable.
eBooks
These items must be returned within 10 days from the original purchase date. Cengage Unlimited and Courseware are NON-REFUNDABLE once the access code has been redeemed.
Shipping
Any shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to return items for refund - Textbooks, packages, & access codes
Simply email your refund request to the Roar Store Fulfillment Center at augusta@textbookbrokers.com.   We can review and confirm eligibility and provide details for drop off at the Roar Store in Washington Hall.  Please include your student name and ID# with any items returned.   Other options include sending your items by mail to the following address:
